  Simply upload your paper via our platform. No deadlines, no main topics, no occupied journal slots.

• Review Process

  You can select between different review processes according to your needs. During the review process, you can see live status updates in your user account.

• Revise Paper

  Revise your paper according to the requirements of the reviewer.

  If you have questions, use our review clarification system to address your questions to the reviewer.

• REVISED PAPER REVIEW

  If your paper was evaluated with “the paper must be revised”, you are requested to submit a new version of the paper and an optional change log, which states where and how the changes address the requirements of the reviewers.

• Upload final paper

  Once you have met the reviewers requirements, you are welcome to submit the final version of your paper. In addition, you can upload the associated primary data that you want to make available to the public.

• Payment

  You pay for your publication when the reviewers have finally accepted the paper. Please note our special conditions for institutes that support us in our reviewer community.

• Publishing

  Your paper will be published with an individual DOI by our publishing partner - the Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology and University Library (TIB) - open access as well as permanently and worldwide accessible.
